Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Gourmetly ("we," "us") collects when you visit gourmetly.food and how we use it.
Information you give us
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address to send you recipes and updates. Our email provider stores it on our behalf. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Contact messages. If you contact us, we receive your name, email address, and message so we can reply.
Information stored on your device
Saved recipes, recipe ratings, and reviews you write are stored only in your own browser (using "local storage"). They are not sent to us, and you can remove them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit, for security and troubleshooting. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy to describe them.
How we use information
We use information to run and improve the site, reply to messages, and send newsletters you've asked for. We do not sell your personal information.
Children
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete information you've sent us by emailing hello@gourmetly.food. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
